Please note that due to factors such as product availability or seasonal fluctuations, the processing of your order may take up to 7 days. Our freight carriers typically deliver within 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location. However, during peak periods like Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.
Refunds
Please note we do not exchange or refund for change of mind, due to individual tastes or incorrect products ordered.
We understand the importance of receiving your order intact. If, by any chance, your order arrives damaged, kindly capture photos of the damaged items and packaging. What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pickup your purchase free from Baylies.
How much does Click & Collect Cost?
There’s no additional charge for Click & Collect - It’s Free!
Which items can I order with Click & Collect?
All Baylies online products are available for Click & Collect.
The Click & Collect option in the online store will only appear for South Australian (SA) customers.
Can I change or cancel my Click & Collect order?
You can modify your Click & Collects order at any time by contacting the Customer Service team at Baylies.
How long are orders kept for collection?
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 7 Days from the day you’ve placed your order.
After 7 days your order will be cancelled, please contact Baylies to discuss your options.
If a refund has been initiated, please allow sufficient time for the refund to show in your account.
Can I return a Click & Collect order for a refund?
Please choose your click & collect items carefully as Baylies will not be offering a refund on collected orders.
How do I place a Click & Collect Order?
1) Browse the products on the Baylies online store www.baylies.com.au/shop/index
2) Fill out your contact information.
3) Add to the bag and head to the checkout.
4) Go to shipping and select click & collect.
5) Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order.
6) You will receive an email when you order is ready to collect.
Now all you have to do is collect your order!
When & where can I pick up my order?
We will send you an email when your order is ready.
Please make sure you bring the ready to collect email with you as you may be asked for proof of order.
You will be asked to sign a pickup slip on collection of your order.
