Siena cake originates from Siena in Tuscany, Italy. Siena Cake is a white Panforte, rich in taste, made from a blend of candied citrus peels, almonds, hazelnuts, honey and the warm spice flavours of cloves, cinnamon and pepper.

Before serving dust with icing sugar, cut in generous portions with coffee, dessert wine, fruit & cheese.
